ERPSYS works hard to deliver high-quality software, envisioning quick, dependable, and reasonably priced solutions to support your career and business. Additionally, we want to provide you with specialized, reasonably priced pre- and post-sale services, consulting, and supplementary services. This policy outlines our procedures if we fall short of your expectations or if they are outside the purview of our services.

If, as a customer with a yearly membership, you are ever unhappy with our services, kindly let us know. We promise to try our best to resolve your issue, offer a workaround, answer your concerns, or provide a time-frame for a solution that will satisfy your requirements. At the time of renewal, you have the option to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription if you’re still not happy.

Please let us know right away if, at any point during your contract, we delete, alter, or stop offering functionality that was offered when you signed up for it. You have the option to downgrade or cancel your contract at the time of renewal if we don’t satisfactorily handle it in a timely manner.
